Tony Onofrietti,
M.S., CRSS, serves as Director, Research Education at the University of Utah. He received a
B.B.A. degree from the University of Texas at Austin where he studied marketing and economics, and
earned an M.S. degree from the College of Health at the University of Utah. Tony has over 25 years
of experience administering educational programs in both government and higher education settings.
He developed the RosterTechTM learning and data management system software to provide
quality, cost-effective training services. Tony is an active professional consultant and public speaker
who incorporates many innovative and interactive technologies for classroom teaching, meetings and
conferences, and online instruction.

C. David Belt
is the senior software engineer for RosterTechTM. He received a
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Brigham Young University.
He served as an officer and B-52 pilot in the United States Air Force. He has more than 27 years of experience
in software development across a wide variety of platforms, technologies, and industries.

Richard L. Green,
Ph.D., J.D., is an Associate Director, Business and Technology Development, with the Technology Commercialization
Office at the University of Utah. A registered patent attorney, Richard joined the TCO after practicing patent law
for 5 years with a Salt Lake City intellectual property firm. He has a diverse background in patent
practice with an emphasis in chemistry and devices. Richard received both his doctorate degree in Biology and his
Juris Doctor degree from The University of Utah.

Eric S. Paulsen,
J.D., MBA, is the Director of Partnership Development with the Technology Commercialization Office at the University
of Utah. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Brigham Young University, where he studied physical
chemistry and mass spectrometry, and earned a Juris Doctor degree from S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of
Utah. Eric has over 7 years of experience in university knowledge transfer, from IP evaluation and protection through
all aspects of the licensing process.
